Scope first. Sign second.

Assessment before commitment, phased delivery, and operations afterwards, under one accountable partner.

How an engagement runs

An IT estate on one platform, as the home film draws it: racks, network, storage, an office and a mast. Assess marks: hardware past support; restore never tested. Deliver adds: one standard design; security designed in. Operate adds: the estate monitored; an engineer, not a queue.
The estate from the filmSelect a phase to isolate it

You can stop at any phase boundary. The assessment is free, and each phase is priced in writing before it starts.

How We Engage

Terms you can read before you start.

  1. 01

The written findings are yours whether we ever work together or not.

  2. 02

Each phase is fixed-scope and signed off separately.

  3. 03

You can stop at any phase boundary.

  4. 04

Runbooks, configurations and credentials are yours.

What is handed over

Runbooks
How each system is operated, step by step, kept current through the engagement and handed over at every phase boundary.
Configurations
Device, cloud and application configuration, exported, versioned and stored where your team can reach it.
Credentials
Every account and key in your vault, with the handover recorded. Nothing is held back.
How We Engage

You reach an engineer, not a ticket queue.

No client environment depends on a single NetScale engineer: every account is documented and paired.

  • 01

    Transparency

We document everything. You will know what we are doing, why we are doing it and what it costs.

  • 02

    Accountability

If something does not work as promised, we own it. No excuses.

  • 03

    Availability

When you need us, you reach an engineer. Not a ticket queue.

  • 04

    Continuous improvement

Threats and technology both move. We keep your IT current instead of waiting for a failure to force the upgrade.

How escalation works

Support windows and response times are agreed per engagement, in writing, before we start. The escalation path is written into every contract, with named roles and the order in which they are reached. We walk you through it in the first conversation.

Questions buyers ask about this.

What does the free assessment include, and what does it cost?

It costs nothing. One call with an engineer, then a written list of where your IT environment is exposed, by area: network and infrastructure, cloud and governance, identity and access, audit evidence. The written findings are yours whether we ever work together or not. If the report shows you do not need us, it says so.

Do we have to commit to a full project after the assessment?

No. Each phase is fixed-scope and signed off separately. You can stop at any phase boundary. Everything we build is documented and handed over as if you might leave tomorrow: runbooks, configurations and credentials are yours. Your own team can carry the work forward with or without us.

Does NetScale work outside Bengaluru?

Yes. We are based in Bengaluru and serve enterprises and growing companies across India. We put engineers on site where the engagement needs them, and run the rest remotely. Multi-site programmes across several states are part of our existing work. Tell us where your sites are and we will say plainly how we would cover them.

Book a free assessment.

It costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You get a written list of where your IT environment is exposed, and your team can act on it with or without us. If an assessment is not what you need, tell us what you are building, and we will come back with a plan.
