Secure access for Indian enterprises whose company data now moves through browsers, web apps and SaaS. NetScale reviews how data leaves today, then adds a secure web gateway, browser data protection, SaaS controls and zero trust browsing. Each control starts as a bounded experiment on one department, with success criteria agreed in writing.
Secure Access
Secure access is a set of controls on the path between your users and the web and SaaS apps they work in.
A secure web gateway filters web traffic by policy, in the office or remote. Browser data protection sets rules for uploads, downloads, copy and paste. SaaS controls decide which apps, and which company tenants, staff may use.
Zero trust browsing opens risky sites in isolation, away from the device and the data on it.
The perimeter firewall, its rule base and its AMC sit under Firewall and network security.
Email security, multi-factor login and privileged access sit under Identity and access management (IAM).
Web access was opened for work. Company data now leaves through browsers and web apps with no record. Do you know what left, and where?
Our answer: Browser data protection
Remote staff work outside the office firewall. What filters their web traffic?
Our answer: Secure web gateway
Teams sign up for web apps with a work email. How many of them hold company data?
Our answer: SaaS security controls
Personal cloud drives open on work laptops. Which ones can take company files?
Secure web gateway, browser data protection, SaaS security controls and zero trust browsing.
Web traffic filtered by category, risk and policy for office and remote users alike, with every block and exception logged.
Upload, download, copy and paste rules for company data in the browser, set by policy and recorded.
Approved apps and company tenants allowed, personal accounts and unapproved apps restricted, and sign-ups to new apps reported.
Risky and uncategorised sites opened in isolation, so their code runs away from the device and the data on it.
One request path from a person to your data, drawn three times.
You can stop at any phase boundary. The assessment is free, and each phase is priced in writing before it starts. How we engage
The DPDP Rules require reasonable security safeguards for personal data, including monitoring and logging. A record of what leaves through browsers and web apps is part of that evidence. Legal interpretation stays with your counsel.

Under the Directions of April 2022, gateway logs are kept for a rolling 180 days within India, with clocks synchronised to NIC or NPL.
User count, and the split between office and remote users.
Controls in scope: web gateway, browser data protection, SaaS controls and zero trust browsing.
SaaS apps and company tenants to bring under policy.

The most relevant engagement, with its numbers. Client names and the full write-up are shared in conversation.

Certifications and technologyA secure web gateway is a filter between your users and the internet that applies company policy to web traffic. It blocks known malicious sites, controls categories of site and logs what was allowed. It can run in the cloud, following each user, or on the office firewall.
Often, yes. A firewall guards the edge of the office network; a secure web gateway applies web policy to each user, wherever they work. Many next-generation firewalls include web filtering for office traffic. The review shows whether yours covers remote staff, SaaS and browser uploads, or whether a gateway is needed.
Browser data protection works inside the browser; endpoint DLP works on the device’s files. Browser protection sees uploads, downloads, copy and paste into web apps, and can block them by policy. Endpoint DLP sees files copied to USB drives, printers and local apps. Many estates need both, and the data-leak review shows which paths your data takes.
Zero trust browsing opens risky or unknown websites in an isolated environment instead of on the user’s device. The page is displayed normally, but its code runs in isolation, away from your files and credentials. It is usually applied to uncategorised sites and to staff who handle sensitive data, not to every page.
It can add a small delay, so it is measured before anyone commits. The first rollout is a bounded experiment on one department, with response times recorded before and after against criteria agreed in writing. If the experiment does not meet them, the result is written down and you decide whether to continue.
It costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You get a written list of where your IT environment is exposed, and your team can act on it with or without us.
