Managed IT services in India, with engineers you can reach.
Managed services for Indian enterprises that need maintenance and support without building the team it would normally take. NetScale runs a managed SOC, remote infrastructure management, cloud operations with L1 to L3 user support, and training for your own team. Sound familiar? How we answer.
Managed IT services are agreed parts of your IT, such as monitoring, patching, backups and user support, run by an outside team in support windows and response times agreed in writing.
Monitoring tools were added to catch everything. Alerts now outnumber the team. Who decides which ones go unopened?
Managed SOCThreat monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and governance, risk and compliance.
Backups are the recovery plan. No restore has been tested this year. What would you actually get back?
Remote infrastructure management (RIM)Proactive monitoring, system optimisation, and backup and disaster recovery.
Engineers were hired to deliver the roadmap. Tickets take their day. Which roadmap items slipped this quarter?
Cloud ops and service desk (L1 to L3)Cloud cost and performance management with L1 to L3 user support, access management and asset tracking.
Training was planned for the team. Delivery never left room for it. Who can run the estate besides the two who built it?
Training and developmentCustomised learning management, security awareness training and technical certification programmes.

Is managed IT better than an in-house team?
Not always. If you have the headcount and the specialist depth, keep it in-house. Managed IT fits when support needs more hours than your team has, or specialist depth you cannot hire for. The assessment says which applies, in writing, and the findings are yours.
What SLAs should we expect from a managed IT provider in India?
Response and resolution times by priority, the support window, the escalation path and the reporting cadence, all in writing before you start. We agree them per engagement rather than publishing one universal promise. Ours are written into the contract, with support windows stated in IST.
What is included and what is not?
The contract lists both. Typically included: monitoring, service desk, access management, asset tracking, backups and restores, and AMC and OEM renewals. Typically excluded: new projects, which run as fixed-scope phases of their own. Anything outside the list is priced in writing before work starts.
Do you also handle AMC and OEM renewals?
Yes. Data centre services and AMC and OEM support renewals sit under managed services too, so the estate has one owner for support and renewals. Renewal dates are tracked in one register, and the scope of work is written so procurement can compare it line by line.

What we put in writing
- The written findings are yours whether we ever work together or not.

- You can stop at any phase boundary.
- Runbooks, configurations and credentials are yours.
