Every document checked, before money moves.
Document and transaction audit for manufacturers, exporters, distributors and retailers in India. DocInflow, our own venture, reads purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, contracts and shipping papers, cross-checks them, and holds any payment where the numbers disagree. NetScale runs the pilot on your own documents, then the rollout alongside your bank, Tally or BUSY.

Our answer: Transaction audit and payment hold

Export papers came back from the bank. What did the delay cost?
Our answer: Trade finance and export (TFX)

A GST notice arrives, and the answer is rebuilt from old files. How long does that take?

What we do.
- 01
Transaction audit and payment hold
Every document in a transaction checked against the others before money moves. Any payment where the numbers disagree is held, it is released only when the documents agree, and who did what, when and why is recorded.
- 02
Procure-to-pay (P2P)
You pay only what was agreed: a three-way match of purchase order, goods receipt and vendor invoice, contract prices enforced, and approved vendors only.
- 03
Order-to-cash (O2C)
Every delivery becomes a collection: order and delivery matched, and collections scheduled, so a customer payment is not left without follow-up.
- 04
Record-to-report (R2R)
Your books stay current, not reconstructed, with filing-ready tax reports.
- 05
Trade finance and export (TFX)
Cross-border papers checked before the bank sees them: the letter of credit examined before presentation, and the shipment documents checked.
- 06
Contracts (CLM)
Agreed prices enforced in every clause: price leakage blocked and renewals tracked, so the price in the contract is the price that gets paid.
DocInflow is our own venture. It reads the paperwork behind every purchase and sale and cross-checks it. Payment is released only when the documents agree, and who did what, when and why is recorded.
It sits alongside your bank, your Tally or BUSY, and your existing systems. It is built to catch overbilling, duplicate payments and missed collections before money moves, not at month-end.
How an engagement runs.
One document, order to payment, drawn three times.

India specifics and cost.
India specifics
- GST
Record-to-report keeps filing-ready tax reports current and records every check. A GST notice is then answered from the record, not rebuilt from old files.
- Tally and BUSY
DocInflow sits alongside your Tally or BUSY, your bank and your existing systems. Nothing is replaced.
- Export paperwork
The letter of credit is examined and the shipment documents checked before they go to the bank. A discrepancy is then found in-house, not at the bank.
What drives the cost
- 01
Document volume each month.
- 02
Flows in scope: procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, trade finance and export, and contracts.
- 03
Integrations with your bank, Tally or BUSY and other existing systems.
- 04
Entities and sites whose paperwork is in scope.

What is DocInflow, and how does it relate to NetScale?
DocInflow is our own venture, for manufacturers, exporters, distributors and retailers. It reads purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, contracts and shipping papers, cross-checks them against each other, and holds any payment where the numbers disagree. NetScale runs the pilot and the rollout.
Do we have to replace Tally, BUSY or our bank?
No. DocInflow sits alongside your bank, your Tally or BUSY, and your existing systems. Nothing is replaced. It checks your documents against each other before money moves. Your books stay in the systems you already run, and the pilot needs no change to them either.
What happens in the pilot?
One working session. Bring one month of purchase orders, invoices and receipts. You leave with the list of every place the numbers disagree, yours to act on whether or not you continue. It runs in a private workspace, and your documents and the findings stay confidential.
Which processes does it cover?
Five flows: procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, trade finance and export, and contracts. You can start with one, usually the one where the pilot found the most mismatches. The others are added when it is running, each signed off before the next.
How is this different from document AI?
Document AI reads a document and extracts its fields. DocInflow also checks each document against the others in the transaction: the order against the receipt against the invoice. It holds the payment when they disagree. Extraction for other kinds of documents is part of our AI and automation work.
How does it help exporters?
It checks cross-border papers before the bank sees them: the letter of credit is examined and the shipment documents checked. Discrepancies are fixed at your desk, before presentation, rather than raised by the bank afterwards. Trade finance and export is one of the five flows, so it can be the first one rolled out.

It costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You get a written list of where your IT environment is exposed, and your team can act on it with or without us.
