Managed cloud and cost optimisation on Microsoft Azure.
Managed cloud for Indian enterprises on Microsoft Azure, after go-live. NetScale monitors the environment on KloudMate, tunes performance, supports it in the agreed window and resizes, reserves or retires what costs more than it should. Cost and performance are reported every month, in writing, to the person who owns the bill.

What it is
Managed Cloud
Managed cloud is running a cloud environment after go-live: monitoring it, tuning it, supporting it and keeping its cost in line with what it does.
Cost optimisation compares the bill with what you run. What costs more than it should is resized, moved to reserved capacity or retired, and each change is priced in writing first.
Monitoring runs on KloudMate, so a slowdown is traced in one place. Cost and performance are reported every month.
User support, access management and asset tracking sit under Cloud ops and service desk (L1 to L3).
The observability platform itself sits under KloudMate observability.

The migration team left at go-live. The cloud bill still comes every month. Who is watching it?
Our answer: Managed cloud and cost optimisation
- 02
Resources from the migration are still running. Who switches them off?
Our answer: Cost optimisation
- 03
Users report slowdowns before the monitoring does. Who looks first?
Our answer: Continuous monitoring

Changes go into the tenant without review. Who signs them off?

What we do.
Continuous monitoring, cost optimisation, performance tuning and ongoing support after go-live.
- 01
Continuous monitoring
Applications, infrastructure and Kubernetes, network and databases watched on KloudMate in one correlated view, with AI agents triaging alerts before our engineers act.
- 02
Cost optimisation
The bill read against what you run each month, with idle resources retired, oversized ones resized and steady workloads moved to reserved capacity.
- 03
Performance tuning
Response times, capacity and scaling settings reviewed against how the workloads are used, with each change tested before it goes live.
- 04
Support after go-live
Changes, incidents and requests handled by engineers who know the environment, in the support window agreed in writing, with every configuration documented as yours.
After go-live we run cloud observability on KloudMate, an AI-powered observability and agentic SRE platform from KloudMate Technologies, in Austin and Bengaluru. It gives one correlated view across applications, infrastructure and Kubernetes, network and databases. A slowdown is traced in one place rather than across separate tools.
It is OpenTelemetry-native, and its AI agents triage alerts and investigate before our engineers act. Pricing is usage-based with no per-user fees, and an on-prem or bring-your-own-infrastructure deployment keeps monitoring data where residency requires it.
What it covers
- APM, logs and traces
- Real user and synthetic monitoring
- Anomaly detection
- Incident management
- AI agents for alert triage

How an engagement runs.
Each phase adds a layer to the same estate.
You can stop at any phase boundary. The assessment is free, and each phase is priced in writing before it starts. How we engage
India specifics and cost.
India specifics
- CERT-In
Under the Directions of 28 April 2022, logs are kept within India for a rolling 180 days, with clocks synchronised to NIC or NPL. Retention in the tenant and in KloudMate is set to match.
- Monitoring data
Logs and traces can carry personal data, such as user identifiers and IP addresses. Where telemetry has to stay in India, KloudMate runs on-prem or on your own infrastructure. Legal interpretation stays with your counsel.
What drives the cost
- 01
Monthly cloud spend, and how many subscriptions it spans.
- 02
Workload count, and how many are monitored.
- 03
Log and trace volume sent to KloudMate.
- 04
Support window and response times, agreed in writing.

Who watches the cloud environment after go-live?
We do, on KloudMate. It correlates applications, infrastructure and Kubernetes, network and databases in one view. Its AI agents triage alerts and start the investigation, and our engineers act in the support window agreed in writing. Cost and performance are reported every month.
How do you cut a cloud bill without hurting performance?
By comparing the bill with what you run, workload by workload. Idle resources are retired, oversized ones resized and steady workloads moved to reserved capacity. Each change is checked against performance data on KloudMate, tested, and priced in writing before it is made.
Can you manage a cloud estate you did not migrate?
Yes. Managed cloud starts with a review of the estate as it is: what runs, what it costs, how it is configured and what is documented. Gaps are listed in writing, and fixing them is priced as a phase of its own before monitoring and support begin.
What is in the monthly cloud report?
Cost and performance. It shows what you spent against the month before, what changed and why, and what was resized, reserved or retired. It also covers how the workloads performed, the incidents and requests handled, and what we recommend next. It is written for the person who owns the bill.
What does managed cloud include?
Monitoring on KloudMate, cost optimisation, performance tuning and ongoing support after go-live, in the support window agreed in writing. Cost and performance are reported every month. New projects, such as a further migration, run as fixed-scope phases of their own, priced in writing before they start.
Book a cloud bill review.
It costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You get a written list of where your IT environment is exposed, and your team can act on it with or without us.
What we put in writing
- The written findings are yours whether we ever work together or not.
- Each phase is fixed-scope and signed off separately.
- You can stop at any phase boundary.
- Runbooks, configurations and credentials are yours.
