Training and development for Indian organisations whose estate depends on the few people who built it. NetScale runs security awareness training, technical certification and specialised training on their own systems, tracked through customised learning management. Each programme is agreed in writing before it starts, and the training materials are handed over as yours.
Training and Development
Training and development is a set of learning programmes for your own staff, so knowledge of the estate sits with the whole team.
Security awareness training is for everyone who uses the systems. Technical certification and specialised training are for the people who run them, and the specialised training is built from the runbooks we hand over.
Training and development sits inside the certified scope of NetScale’s ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO/IEC 27701:2025 certificates, which names “Training and Development services”.
Phishing simulation as a detection control sits under SOC and managed detection (MDR).
Training was planned for the team. Delivery never left room for it. Who can run the estate besides the two who built it?
Our answer: Specialised technical training
The phishing test went out once. Who acted on the results?
Our answer: Security awareness training
Certifications were earned for one project. Who on the team holds a current one?
Our answer: Technical certification
Training is recorded in a spreadsheet, if at all. Can you show who completed what?
Our answer: Customised learning management
Customised learning management, security awareness training and technical certification programmes.
Programmes planned by role, with who has completed what, and when each refresher is due, recorded in one place.
Sessions for everyone who uses the systems, on phishing, passwords and handling personal data, planned from phishing simulation results where they run.
Certification programmes on the platforms your team runs, with who takes part, what they study and when, agreed in writing around your delivery calendar.
Training on your own estate, built from the runbooks and configurations we hand over, so running it does not rest on two people.
Each phase adds a layer to the same estate.
You can stop at any phase boundary. The assessment is free, and each phase is priced in writing before it starts. How we engage
From 13 May 2027, Rule 6(1)(g) of the DPDP Rules asks for technical and organisational measures so the security safeguards are observed in practice. Staff training is one organisational measure, and completion records show it ran. Legal interpretation stays with your counsel.

People to train, and how many roles need a programme of their own.
Programme mix: security awareness, technical certification or specialised training on your estate.
Delivery: on site, remote or both, and how many locations.
Refresher frequency and reporting, agreed in writing.
The most relevant engagement, with its numbers. Client names and the full write-up are shared in conversation.

Our own information security and privacy management systems, run under both standards.
Certifications and technologyHow people spot and report phishing, handle passwords and multi-factor login, and treat personal data and company files. Sessions are planned by role. Where phishing simulations run, their results decide what the next session covers. Completion is recorded, so you can show who has been trained and when.
Yes. Specialised technical training is built from the runbooks and configurations we hand over, so your engineers learn the estate as it is actually set up. It is the route to an estate that does not depend on two people, ours or yours. The programme is agreed in writing before it starts.
Yes, on the platforms your team runs. Each programme is written down before it starts: who takes part, what they study and when. It is planned around your delivery calendar, not on top of it. Progress is recorded in one place with the rest of your training.
Either. Training can run on its own as fixed-scope phases, or sit inside a managed services contract alongside monitoring and the service desk. Inside a contract, refreshers and sessions for new joiners run on a schedule agreed in writing. Either way, the training materials are yours to keep.
Phishing simulation there is a detection control; training here is the learning programme. Simulations test whether people click and whether they report it. Training teaches them what to look for, and uses the simulation results to decide where the next session goes. Each can be bought on its own, and they work together.
It costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You get a written list of where your IT environment is exposed, and your team can act on it with or without us.
